I enjoy a sense of accomplishment lifting my self esteem and I feel like I’m contributing making others world somehow better.

Spend more time with my family and less on my phone. Be more spontaneous. Live more in the present and less in the future (or the past). Enjoy more of the simple things.

Food. Down time. A good night’s rest. A renewed spirit.

Awareness of Jesus. Good times with family. Progress at work. Downtime that includes sunshine and a book on the beach and walking my goldens.
